- 5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
In a bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated
