Garlic Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary

These garlic roasted potatoes with rosemary are a flavorful side dish that pairs perfectly with any meal. The combination of garlic and rosemary adds depth of flavor while the roasting process brings out the natural sweetness of the potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

In a bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, flipping halfway through cooking for even browning

Serve hot and enjoy
