Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente
Drain and set aside
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant
Add thinly sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes
Stir in beef broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld
Add cooked pasta and fresh spinach to the skillet
Toss until spinach wilts and pasta is coated in the sauce
Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired
