Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices whole grain bread

Instructions:
