Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Fry the garlic until its fine, add the butter, and then add the cubed potatoes
Add pepper and salt
Turn the heat to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the potatoes are soft
Use a potato masher to mash the potatoes in the slow cooker
Add the Greek yogurt and milk and mix them in well
If you need to, add more salt and pepper to taste
Serve hot with fresh parsley chopped on top
