Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, lettuce
Instructions:
Put olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix them all together
Toss the sliced chicken breast in the bowl until its covered all over
Set the pan on medium-high heat
Put the chicken in the pan with the seasonings
Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes, until it turns brown and is fully cooked
Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside
If you need to, add a little more olive oil to the same pan and then add the sliced onions and bell peppers
For about 4 to 5 minutes, cook until the vegetables are soft
Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and mix it with the vegetables
Follow the directions on the package to warm up flour tortillas
Serve the chicken and vegetable mix on warm tortillas with extra toppings if you want
