Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter for cooking
- Whipped cream optional
- Caramel sauce for drizzling, optional
- Coffee beans for garnish, optional
Instructions:
Put the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together with a whisk
Put the milk, coffee that has been brewed, egg, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract in a different bowl
Combine well
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed
Dont mix it too much; a few lumps are fine
Melt some butter on a griddle or nonstick skillet that has been heated over medium-high heat
For every pancake, put 1/4 cup of the batter on the griddle
Once the top starts to bubble, flip it over and cook until the other side is golden brown
If you need to, add more butter to the griddle and do it again with the rest of the batter
Hot pancakes with caramel latte should be served
Put whipped cream on top, drizzle with caramel sauce, and if you want, add coffee beans to the top
