Ingredients:
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup rum
- Dry ice
Instructions:
In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth
Set aside
In another blender, puree the blueberries until smooth
Set aside
In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut cream, condensed milk, vodka, and rum until well combined
Pour the coconut mixture evenly into three separate bowls
In one bowl, mix in the strawberry puree until combined
In the second bowl, mix in the blueberry puree until combined
Leave the third bowl as the white base
Using popsicle molds, layer the red, white, and blue mixtures, freezing each layer for about 30 minutes before adding the next layer
Once all layers are added, place popsicle sticks into the molds
Break dry ice into small pieces and place them in a cooler or container
Place the popsicle molds on top of the dry ice, ensuring they are securely placed
Allow the dry ice to evaporate, freezing the popsicles completely
Once frozen, carefully remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy
